  • Organizational
    • Organization and participation in negotiations with the Client related to the Client's business;
    • Logging of negotiations of the Client;
    • Development of a work plan for the provision of the Client`s business;
    • Collection and preparation of information on the instructions of the Client, necessary for the provision of the Client`s business;
    • Participation in the preparation of interim and final substantive reports (if necessary);
    • Visiting organizations and departments at the request of the Client in order to collect information necessary to provide supporting services to the Client`s business, as well as to submit or receive documents;
    • Organization of telephone conversations with the Client, as well as the organization of negotiations by other means of communication (zoom, skype, etc.), recording the information received in the absence of the Client and bringing its content to his attention, transmission and acceptance of information on the intercom (by phone, skype, messengers, etc.), timely bringing to the attention of the Client information received through communication channels;
    • Execution of other one-time orders according to the instructions of the Client.

  • Preparatory / Verification
    • Preparation, selection, research of documents and materials required for the provision of supporting services by the Client;
    • On behalf of the Client, preparation of draft letters, requests, responses and other documents in relation to the Client`s business;
    • Checking the correctness of execution of the prepared draft documents transferred to the Client, ensuring their proofreading and high-quality editing, as well as, if necessary, sending;
    • Discussion with the Client of the results of the prepared consultations, certificates, conclusions, documents, etc. in relation to the Client`s business;
    • Execution of other one-time orders according to the instructions of the Client.

  • Legal and Insurance assistance
    • Legal research of business matters on request of the Client;
    • Drafting and/or review of documents on inquiry of the Client;
    • Consulting services of the Client in relation to legal matters, including, but not limited to: labor, tax, corporate, dispute, compliance, personal data;
    • Analyzing the structures or business processes of the Client from the legal perspective (legal compliance);
    • Due diligence of companies/entities/individuals on request of the Client (legal due diligence)
    • Assessment of risks run by the Client in the course of its businesses and rendering comprehensive support for insuring these risks in the first class insurance markets.

    • Providing access to the ERP system via applicable form (license, sale-purchase agreement, etc.);
